Surf

The region of Asturias has some of the most virgin beaches in Spain. The fractured coast is washed by the constant waves of the turbulent waters of the Cantabrian Sea; However, the bays and inlets always offer a protected place to catch some perfect waves for surfing with your board.

Surfing is a very fun sport to learn and practice. Canoe Adventure Trophy allows you to experience the unique sensation of riding a wave with the high, snow-capped mountains of the Picos de Europa as a spectacular backdrop.

Surf classes are two and a half hours long and are given according to the participant’s level of knowledge. In the introductory class, our experienced instructors will teach you the basics of surfing, such as standing, paddling, turning, the incidence of tides, as well as knowledge of the ocean and surfing ethics.

We offer private and group classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced. You can also combine surf lessons with other adventure experiences and design your own excursion package.
